4. Service-Specific Practices
Web hosting and email
Files, databases, and emails stored on our servers belong to you. We do not access them except to provide support you request, maintain and secure our systems, investigate abuse, or comply with law. If you operate a website on our hosting, you are responsible for your own site's privacy policy and for the data you collect from your visitors.
Church management software
Churches and organizations using our ChMS ("Customers") enter information about their members and contacts, such as names, phone numbers, emails, addresses, family relationships, and attendance or giving records. For this Customer Data, the Customer controls the data and we act as a service provider processing it on the Customer's behalf. We use Customer Data only to provide the software, do not sell it, and do not use it to market our own services to members. If you are a member of an organization using our software and want to access, correct, or delete your information, please contact that organization directly; we will assist them as needed.
Travel services
Travel information, including passport and identification details, is used only to make and manage your bookings and is shared only with the Suppliers involved in your trip. Some Suppliers and government agencies (such as customs and border authorities) require this information by law.
Streaming and AV installation
We may access your venue, equipment, networks, and streaming accounts to perform our work. We use this access only for the project and do not keep account passwords longer than needed unless you ask us to manage the account on an ongoing basis.
5. Text Messaging (SMS)
If you opt in to receive text messages from us or from an organization using our software, you may receive messages such as account notices, reminders, updates, and announcements. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help.
- We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers (such as messaging carriers and platforms) that help us deliver messages.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Cookies & Analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, secure our services, and understand how our website is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some features. We may use analytics services that collect usage data on our behalf. Our website does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" signals.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections (SSL/TLS), access controls, and secure hosting. We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, to provide services, and to meet legal, tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution requirements. Hosting, email, and ChMS data may be deleted after an account is cancelled, as described in our Terms. Travel booking records may be kept as required by Supplier and legal requirements.
